Booking Policies • Payment Options: We accept exact cash or credit/debit cards for payments. • Card Payment Fee: Starting April 15th, all card transactions will incur a 2.5% processing fee. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date, but it must be rescheduled within the same month. • Deposit Policy: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit. • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Final Sales: All sales and services are final, and we do not offer refunds. • Lash Fills: Must have at least 40% of your lash extensions to be considered a refill.
